GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. We reserve the right to terminate wholesale accounts at any time for any reason. A copy of your Sales and Use Tax Permit must be on file in our office before you can purchase. You can e-mail a copy to us at :orders@tfloral.com or mail it to: Tackett Floral Supply 8006, US 23 South Pikeville KY 41501. If it would be easier, you can even take a picture with your phone and text it to :606-422-2037 or send it to us on Facebook messenger at https://www.facebook.com/tackettfloralsupply/
ORDER RETURNS
All wholesale sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
We require that you spend a minimum of $75.00 on each order placed. If the cart amount is not at-least $75.00 wholesale prices will not display in the cart or during checkout.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payments via credit card.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
The retailer incurs all shipping cost. Delivery is typically within 1 to 7 days of shipping. We use FedEx or USPS Ground shipping based on cost affordability, if your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Tfloral.com within 7 days of delivery.
Any damage must be reported in writing or by email and retailer cannot return goods until he has received authorization either in writing or by email from Tfloral.com. Goods sent back without one will not be credited to your account.

The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Tfloral.com. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of Tfloral.com.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Tfloral.com. Tfloral.com does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Tfloral.com website.
